Left upright and step were damaged in shipping. I contacted customer service with photos. O the same day I was contacted by Amy in customer service. I asked for a new upright and step. Without delay she had my parts shipped to me the following day. Changed upright and step. Good as new THANKS Amy

This treadmill is perfect. It is a little smaller than my last one which made getting it in the basement much easier. It is a little lighter than many treadmills. It literally took a half hour to assemble. It has nice features and was $200 less than Amazon price.

I would recommend this treadmill and the company that sold it. I thought i had an issue at first, so i reached out and they were prompt with a response. They send me a youtube video to walk me thru what I had to. So far I love the treadmill. Winfita's customer service rep Amy and Echo were very helpful and kind to me. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and recommend it!

perfect machine, easy to assemble and use...

Unfortunately, when I received my treadmill, it did not work.And there were some broken parts on it. However Winfita was very good at trying to resolve the issues. In the end, they thought in the best interest of everybody that they would refund my money and they have.

The unit is not very well made. It's a hard plastic and I am thinking it's not going to hold up. The advertised sale was completely bogus, I apparently paid “regular price” cause now the same unit is regular price (the sales price advertised that I paid) and now it's showing sales price of $25.00 savings. It's very frustrating disappointing and not right for this to be allowed by these companies. Old adage: you get what you paid for. Lessons learned.

Product was damaged on arrival, tread was off center causing it to fray badly within minutes of first use. Opened the case to see how bad it was. The treads motor was barely holding on to a bracket where one of the screws had fallen out, and the elevation is stuck at max hight with no way to lower it without removing the elevation motor completely. Overall the build quality is terrible for the price it’s listed for. Even the rollback price is extremely high for how poorly this device was held together when it arrived. Trying for a refund, I’ll revise my review if customer service resolves this.

Product arrived damaged and unsafe to use. Support bar was dented and bent. It was NOT caused during shipment, box was in perfect condition. It left manufacturer damaged, disappointing that there is no quality inspection before sending to customer. Also i learned that although ordered on walmart.com, Walmart informed me that because this is through direct shipper, walmart does not honor returns, shipping or refunds. Shame on walmart that they sell thru their website, make it seem like you're buying from walmart, but you're not, you are on your own if buying this product, walmart said it has nothing to do with them other than collecting payment. Mostly disappointed here with walmart.

It was broken when we received it. We've tried to reach support and no one will respond. I tried to use my coverage plan I purchased and they said contact the manufacturer. Not happy at all. Now I have a piece of junk. Will be returning it

A COUPLE OF ISSUES - 1) ISSUE WITH ONE OF THE BOLTS (HOLE WAS NOT WELD TO SPECIFICATION/DIMS) 2) THE TREADMILL HAVE NO POWER AT ALL, OUTLET WORKS, TRIED RESETTING AND NOTHING - i PAID TO BE ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE, i ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE MANUFACTURE Winfita INSISTS THAT i DO TROUBLESHOOTING, I EXPLAINED, IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, AND THAT I'M 63 YEARS OLD AND DONT HAVE ANYONE TO UNPACK FROM BOX AND REASSEMBLE AGAIN, STILL THEY INSIST TO GET A FAMILY OR A NEIGHBOR TO HELP, AND IF THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED THEY WILL REFUND ME $100.00. AGAIN, I REFUSE THEIR OFFER. I'M REACHING OUT TO WALMAT, AND LET THEM KNOW mANUFACTURE IS NOT HELPING AT ALL.
