My cats love this.instructions were a bit hard to figure out

easy to assemble. my cat doesnt use it as a scratching post and doesnt like the floating basket. other than that, its a good product, very sturdy. also its not meant for "bigger" cats. the spacing is a little small. ideal for kittens and small cats.

Instructions were not great and it's okay. I have bought better ones for this price.

Eddie Garcia laid next to it and slept for 3 days. on the 4th, he managed to squeeze himself into the second floor. 5th day made it to the top. Eddie's 17 pounds and tall, very thick. he hangs off and doesn't fit into the hammock and he is afraid when I put him in he doesn't have stability in it. and cats can squeeze and fit themselves into almost anything. Great item for smaller cats 🐈

i started putting it together and am missing 1 crucial part. letter K. hope the seller can send me 1 as its a bottom piece so i cannot complete it

Lousy worthless directions! Super cheap particle board! The same day it was built 2 cats toppled it over causing bottom support pole bolt to crack all around metal thread making it unrepairable total junk. IF YOU BUY THIS ITEM ANCHOR IT DOWN WITH SOMETHING HEAVY

I didn't even have to open it. My cat sat on the box and he was bigger than the box it was in. I have 2 cats. This wouldn't hold one cat let alone 2.
