good to keep your feet in place
I bought a pair of designer wedges on consignment, but my feet pitched forward. I bought these to help keep my feet in place. so far so good!

These are great to
These are great to have around! I have small, narrow feet and i notice that I often need liners. I prefer the gel liners because they give extra grip. These were really inexpensive at Payless. I am surprised by how many people throw shoes away without trying a buffer like these!

They work ok
The non-slip works ok but I wish the pad were longer for better grip. "Gel" is misleading as the pads are not very cushiony. I would have liked more cushion since the texture is a bit rough due to the necessary non-slip feature.

I wouldn't buy again. They don't work. I trying both ends
They don't stop my feet from sliding forward in my shoes. I tried both ends of inserting them into my shoes. Neither way stopped my feet from sliding forward. Wouldn't purchase again... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
