These are the BEST thing for woman who get hot flashes. They can be taken on and off and I even tie the sleeves around my neck. I purchased 4 for my baby Sis as she has started to get hot flashes. I had her pick 4 colors that she liked. They fit really well over a tshirt. I put runs small, because when ordering at let's say Lands End, I usually wear a small. But at Walmart I wear a medium hooded sweatshirt. The time and tru brand as well. I am 5ft 4in 124lbs. and wear a medium in these. Have bought many throughout the years. My baby Sis is larger than me and I got her Large. She loves them. The material is like tshirt material and cotton is all I wear.
