I think this costume is well worth the money. Its well made n includes the hat. I had to order a medium becausethey didnt have a small. I'll just use a belt. The medium was much bigger than I anticipated.

Surprised by how well this costume was made! The crinoline and hat were included and the fabric is heavier and more of a quality feel than expected.

Worth it
I'm 5'5", around 140-145 and probably could have gone with a size small. However, I do like it being a little loose in case it happens to be colder the night I plan to use, so I can "bundle up" underneath. Great quality and is just like the picture.

I'm melting! Oh, my beautiful wickedness!
Although we had to modify the dress to fit, it was a great hit! The puff shoulders were just perfect, painted my face and hands green, added orange and black horizontal striped tights and the enclosed hat, and I was Belle of the Ball as actress Margaret Hamilton's iconic Wicked Witch of the West! Only quibble, sizing was quite a bit off...made for a woman about 5' 10" and 140 lbs! I'm 5'3" and 160, so we cut several inches off the bottom and used that extra fabric to put a panel in the back so the zipper would close.
