It's so versatile in that I can use it to make tea, throw into a soup, or rehydrate for a stir fry. Fresh ginger goes bad pretty quickly so this is a great solution to not wasting a ton because I don't use it up. Package is resealable too, so they stay fresh!

The flavor is pretty spicy but paired with honey it's not that bad. I have used single ginger sliced pieced to chew on when I get toothaches, burns a bit, but helps!
