it is very convenient, so far ive only used it in my black tea. good for your digestion taste great. use it when i make iced tea too

Great product. Ive purchased this type of ginger 1 time at our local store but they havent had it in a long time so i decided to look online for it and found the spice world website. I ordered 2 jars ofthis ginger because its very conve ient for using in recipes. It tastes great.

I use this for cooking all the time. Used 2 jars for my Indian recipes or stir fries. Yes the color is dark but it is fine and saves time. Like many people, our whole ginger molds in a week, in summer. I hope when I reorder, it's the same, with fluid in a small glass jar.

You may not get quite the zip of fresh ginger but the convenience is worth it to me.

Pretty disgusting product product was brown and did not have much flavor.. There are others much better.

The product is very dark and no juice/water, and appears to be barely moist. The seal is not broken so I won't be using it as it appears that there was a defect in processing.

Just bought this ginger and it looks horrible and not usable. Just like the other reviews, it's dark, dry and never been opened. Definitely disgusting 🤢

(2) 4 oz jars with 4/23/2024 "best used by date" purchased at WinCo Everett WA on 8/19/2023 both had brown/gray contents with hardly any liquid (maybe 1 t per jar).
