I really love this little jar of garlic it is great for spaghetti and any other foods that you would like to put it on it the flavor is wonderful in my humble opinion.

Not as good as value as the larger jar, but the product freshness is better based on our consumption. Had a few jars previously where black mold developed in the lid area. The olive oil garlic lasts and taste better than the garlic packed in water.

I ordered the garlic in olive oil ONLY. We have always purchased it with olive oil in Walmart forever. I wish they would stock it back on the shelves. The garlic in water does not blend well with our spanish style of cooking. We will continue to purchase with Walmart as long as you don't ever substitute the olive oil for water.

I didn't like that water was added to the minced garlic in olive oil - I thought it affected the taste of the garlic. I found there was not a strong garlic taste or smell as I would have expected. I like the concept - it would make cooking a bit faster and easier than peeling and mincing fresh garlic by hand, the the lack of good taste negated that. Sorry - i was just disappointed.

This is very convenient since you dont have to chop garlic cloves by hand and you can store it in the fridge for multiple uses. The value is great because you get a huge jar for a low price. But the taste was off. It was very sour and ruined the meal I made.

Do not like used "jarlic" and this product proves why. Terrible smell.. not really a garlicky aroma and comes in a plastic container...which could be part of the problem.

I picked up groceries this morning. When i opened the lid to the minced garlic this evening there was a whole in the cover. like someone opened it and poked a whole in it in the store. not worth a trip back to walmart to exchange so it went in the garbage. not happy!!!!
