This is a great size for the money. Lasts a long time. Always have a jar on backup. We use garlic in just about everything. I love to boil fresh green beans in garlic water. Put like a tablespoon in there, and some of the water it's in as well. Yummy!😋 good for homemade tomato sauce and meatballs. So many uses! Will buy over and over again.

quality is great for the money, take a mesh strainer drain off the liquid, put half of the contents in either a blender or food processor, add some oil maybe even some herbs I add basil because I use that in almost everything I cook, then blend and puree it, when adding it blending away the chunks it gives a more even taste and cuts way down the after effects some people get causing what I call the garlic burps. no more heartburn either

This is great to have on hand in fridge when you are pressed for time. If you have time, take an ice tray and put a tablespoon of this minced garlic in each slot and freeze some garlic cubes, so if you have a recipe for 1 Tablespoon of garlic, it is already measure out. Just doing a bit of prep helps a lot.

Hi gang, I know all the recipes ask for "fresh" minced garlic 🧄. But, when I'm cooking I'm looking for speed and convenience. This fits the bill. I don't cook by measuring, I cook by taste and smell. I use the recipe as a guide. If it calls for a teaspoon, I might add a couple of tablespoons. Having the big jar in the fridge makes it so much easier. Just scoop and add. So my trick is to store the jar upside down 👇. It keeps air from seeping in.
