I bought another brand and it was too sweet for me. I tried this brand it was PERFECT - just like the restaurants. It was tangy, had a little zing and was crunchy.

These spicy vinegar ginger slices are far better than I've been eating at my Asian restaurants. So good I eat them as a snack by themselves. I buy these 8 jars at the time. They are a little small %26 they are so good 👍

Taste just like the ginger in a sushi bar, no crazy additives or preservatives, just plain ginger root. Great for upset stomach or just a little snack here and there!

Restaurant quality. Delicious. The right amount of ginger zing! Pairs well with Bao brand chicken and ginger pot stickers/dumplings. Highly recommend.

I bought this because it seemed so clean... no MSG, no food dye.... only to find it has ASPARTAME as an ingredient 🤦‍♀️. Please replace the aspartame!! Use xylitol, glucose, maybe just sugar, allulose.... something... anything... that isn't made from bacterial feces and cancer-causing in rats. Other than that, it would be great!

The ginger was very prominent, like it could have been pickled longer. I usually have pickled ginger as a snack or added to dressings but this one I couldn't.

On the ingredient description it says it it's made with real sugar. That's the main reason I purchased it. When it came I read the ingredients and it's not made with real sugar. It's made with nasty aspartame. Don't let the incorrect ingredient list fool you as well.

My first impression was that the taste of the Aspartame was horribly overpowering. So I looked at the ingredients only to find a warning for LEAD! Nowhere on the website did I see a warning for LEAD.. I have thrown both of these items in the trash. This should have been stated in the description.

False advertising for this item. It is Not non-GMO. After ginger, water, and salt, it contains Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid (might be OK), Acetic acid, Aspartame, and Colorant. THEN the LEAD warning. "This product may expose you to lead ... cancer.... A hard NO. It is in a plastic bottle, not a jar.

The container in which the product arrived was wet. Apparently, the lids were not secure and there is no inner safety seal . As a result, the product was useless.
