A mouthwatering juicy ginger crunchy goodness in your mouth and on your sushi and pears well with the wasabi
This stuff is pretty good. Nice crunch good spicy flavor. I cur my own sashimi so Good Ginger is a must.
I love the way it aids in digestion, cleanses the palate to taste differences in food. And I love to add it to my hot tea
This ginger is fantastic. Taste is perfect because it not over seasoned with spice or vinegar. Perfect on sushi, and I also shred it into different foods and salads for a nice sharp change in flavors.
The ginger has a slight after taste. I rinse with water (and I pat dry although maybe not necessary for everybody ), and then they taste fine.
My first impression was that the taste of the Aspartame was horribly overpowering. So I looked at the ingredients only to find a warning for LEAD! Nowhere on the website did I see a warning for LEAD.. I have thrown both of these items in the trash. This should have been stated in the description.

False advertising for this item. It is Not non-GMO. After ginger, water, and salt, it contains Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid (might be OK), Acetic acid, Aspartame, and Colorant. THEN the LEAD warning. "This product may expose you to lead ... cancer.... A hard NO. It is in a plastic bottle, not a jar.
It came with a sticker that warmed against chemicals may cause cancer
