Kewpie Mayonnaise, 15.72 fl oz

Once you go kewpie, you never go, um... no... not whatever rhyme just popped into your head. If kewpie mayo has a million fans, then I am one of them. If kewpie mayo has ten fans, then I am one of them. If kewpie mayo has one fan, then that is me. If kewpie mayo has no fans, then that means I am no longer on this planet. If the world is against kewpie mayo, then I am against the world.

If you like Dukes, you need to try this it’s along the same lines where it taste different than regular mayo this might be a tad bit sweeter since it’s made with only egg yolks. I keep both in my fridge depending what I’m making. I think this is better in tuna fish sandwiches and Dukes is better on Italian sandwiches or something spicy, but I always keep both this and Dukes in my fridge. Both are amazing.

KEWPIE mayonnaise really does live up to the hype. The texture is incredibly smooth and creamy, and the flavor is richer than standard mayonnaise without being overwhelming. It has a slight tang that makes everything taste better, whether it’s on sandwiches, mixed into egg salad, or used as a base for sauces and dressings. You can tell the ingredients are higher quality, and it doesn’t have that overly processed taste some other brands do. A little goes a long way, which makes the bottle last longer than expected. Once you get used to this mayo, it’s hard to go back to anything else. Definitely a staple worth keeping in the fridge.

This is my favorite mayonnaise. It's quite different than our standard mayo. It's rich with a slightly sweet, but pleasant flavor. My favorite use for this is when i make rice bowls, and yakisoba, or chow mein. After I have added green onions, crushed nori and a fried, boiled or soft boiled egg. It really adds to the dish. Along with sweet soy sauce, oyster or hoisin sauce. I swirl or make lines with the mayo on top. It works with anything you can imagine. I often use it as a replacement for regular mayo. Most often, I use this in Japanese, Vietnamese, or Chinese cooking as a topper. If you haven't tried it it's very good.

This is my favorite mayo! It's my personal go to for salad dressings, sandwiches, potato and chickpea salad, etc. (though i keep a jar of regular mayo in my fridge for other people in the household to use). I fight it to be just a tad bit sweeter than regular grocery store mayo I think but that only helps the flavor in my opinion... takes the "bite" out where some mayo you can taste the vinegar they put in. Texture is fluffy and smooth, not oily or greasy.

Normally when ever I hear things that are from Japan being hyped up, I always remember that one "Thing😐😴 vs Thing, Japan😍🥰" meme and so I just assumed that kewpie mayo was just another overhyped product being glazed by the Japanophiles. Boy was I wrong. I used to wonder when I watched an anime, the main character would talk about mayo, describing it as both amazing and yellow which left be baffled, but now I understand. After having kewpie mayo I can't go back to using white mayo or any other mayo variant for that matter. It's tangy, and savory and goes well with just about anything, sandwiches, use it to make your pasta creamier. Food that I really couldn't stand before like with regular mayo like egg salad, tuna salad or turkey sandwiches are balanced out perfectly with kewpie mayo and I love them now, they're really tasty. Put this on your kids turkey sandwich instead of regular mayo and they will thank you, I promise! I also like to balance it out as dipping sauce by mixing it with something sweet, I typically tend to have Chic fila sauce at home so that's a go to for me. Cons are probably things like calories and sodium I don't know and I didn't really check because that isn't a factor in my rating so do keep that in mind for the more health conscious folk So Kewpie: 5/5 JUSTIFIED

Kewpie is a trendy mayo and I tried it to see what the fuss was about. It is delicious and not sweet in any way. It actually tastes the way my homemade mayo tasted. This is my second bottle. I highly recommend it.

Wow!! First time trying this, and I will never buy another mayonnaise if I can help it. The taste is phenomenal, and also I love the container! You will be able to squeeze out every bit of mayonnaise unlike other squeezy mayonnaise I’ve tried. So many wins! Buy it - you won’t be disappointed.

I once was a die-hard Best Foods Mayonnaise fan. Then I “discovered” Kewpie Mayo, the go-to mayonnaise that I saw in countless Japanese dramas being squirted on to various foods by old and young characters. Since I am a lover of rice based Japanese meals, I decided to try and have not purchased another mayo since. It is superb on your basic American sandwich thanks to the lack of sweetness.

expensive, but it's the good stuff. Once you taste this you will never go back to American mayo never again. 50 eggs used in every container. WOW! Serve to your friends and your food will pop. Made in Japan.
