The sriracha I remember
for a while, after 2020 they changed the supplier and it didn't taste as good. pleasantly surprised that they got the original taste back

Bait and Switch - no longer made from fresh chilis
WARNING, this is NOT the same sauce as it was because it is now made from cheap imported dried chilis after they had a disagreement with their main fresh chili supplier in CA. This is now thinner and way less flavor due to NOT being made from fresh chilis that would only take 6 hours to get from picked to bottled and was 100% made in USA from USA ingredients. Now it is not
