This kind of oil is strong and must be used lightly as applied to Asian cooking. A bottle lasts me at least 6 months. It enhances many kinds of dishes including the popular egg fried rice. I also use it to brown pot stickers after they have been boiled or steamed and it is nice in Asian themed salads. Drips and drizzles, not tablespoons.

I keep a bottle of this handy in the fridge. I love to add just a hint to certain dishes and more for others. I've started adding this when I make lumpia filling and it ups the flavor. It's a great addition to sauces and dipping sauces. A bottle tends to last me awhile.

this is a fantastic sesame oil. it's flavor is deep and rich. b it coats they it touches. it is ready to overdo it, so go easy on it b use less than you think you'll need. it's rich and nutty and the oil had a great viscosity. it pairs very well with rice noodles and many marinades very well. I love it. and I will buy more when this runs out, but you use such a small amount, that will be a long time

I love this sesame oil on so many things, not just Chinese food. A little goes a long way, but the aroma when you add to cooking food is heavenly. It's good over any vegetables like broccoli, and I even put some in potato soup. Pretty economical, and sooo tasty.

I just started using this in the past few months. wow. you don't need much . It packs a lot of flavor with just a couple of drops. I like to put it in pork fried rice, soup and just an extra flavoring for things.
