Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce, 12 Oz

I love this sauce. I used to buy it in much larger quantities for the same price... but that was years of inflation ago! So, I use it only sparingly and get enormous flavor in return. I use it in oriental salad and slaw, as well as in stir fry and fried rice recipes.

Great for using as a dip for potstickers and spring rolls. A bit sweet, not a lot of heat, but perfect for what it is. I like a bit of kikoman ponzu, braggs coconut aminos, a nice toasted sesame oil, they all are a must for complimenting Asian inspired meal flavor profiles. Mix and match how you like. Mae Ploy is great to have on hand, it would be awesome on a teriyaki pineapple anything too.

it's a bit thinner than others and doesn't stick to the items as well as some other thicker varieties, however I do like the flavor and that it doesn't have as much heat as some others. Best I can add is you have to try a few to find the one that fits your likes. I've even mixed some of this sauce with one that has more heat and it was quite delicious.

My whole family loves this stuff. Got started by buying it from the Asian store where you never carried it. Glad to see you finally have it in your stores. But for some reason, you only have a small bottles rarely rarely find anything larger. You also overcharge I can get bigger bottles at a cheaper price at the Asian store. But it's a little further to drive.

Mae Ploy is the best sweet chili sauce, imo. It's not hot. It has a great, authentic taste on its own for dipping, but I use it the most to make Bang Bang Sauce. It's wonderful. I like that there's no heat because then I have a good, clean base to add my own heat (sriracha) to the degree I like best. I keep buying this brand because all the others are just ok. Mae Ploy has a fan for life in me :)

I wanted something to dip egg rolls in. This was so much better than expected! The flavor was robust but not too spicy. A little will go a long way. Worked with egg rolls, but I also made fish tacos as well. I went back and purchased a few more bottles because I will find more things to use it on! Definitely a recommended sauce!

This stuff is wonderful! I love it so much, I use it on eggrolls, dip cooked chicken in it, and anything else I think of. This is a sweet chili sauce, but not too hot, just very flavorful. It gets in my mouth and just has a joyful little fiesta (or the Asian equivalent) in there. It makes me happy!

One of my favorite sauces. A couple years ago I bought a bottle of sweet chili sauce by a popular fast food chain, it was trash and I thought I just didn't like sweet chili sauce, but today I try MAE PLOY sweet chili sauce with my shrimp, and IT WAS DELICIOUS and the higher quality in taste and consistency is highly noticeable! I can't wait to use this with more foods

I really like this sauce. It is sweet and slightly spicy. I use it to dip my chicken nuggets into and have also used it in recipes that call for a spicy sauce. I like a sauce that is spicy but not so hot that it numbs your tongue and makes you gulp water to kill the pain.

I was charged for this item and NEVER received it. I got the gallon of water, but not this item. I was charged for it as well. I want to be refunded for the item or send it to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED! My money is important to me as it is to Wal-Mart
