A staple in your kitchen for Asian style dishes
This rice wine is sweetened. There is a bit of alcohol. It is important for getting the right tastes with some Asian dishes. A little bottle like this lasts me over a year. It works in a home made Asian style salad dressing too. Please recycle the empty bottle.

Great value for the money.
I have looked at a couple of places for this item and found that Walmart had a larger bottle and for a very good price. I have started to cook more Asian dishes and they call for Mirin. I like the flavor of this cooking seasoning.

Love teriyaki sauce!!!
Mirin is a necessary ingredient in homemade teriyaki sauce, which I make several times a year. This brand is just as good as other, more expensive ones. I used to find it in the store, but this time it had to be delivered so I had to go a few days w/out it.

Absolutely love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this delicious Mizkan Mirin and love using it. We love making homemade dishes and sauces. We used this to make homemade teriyaki sauce and it has become our favorite and only way to have this now.
