Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Original 20.5 oz Glass Bottle

I highly recommend this sause. It is the perfect consistency for anything you are using it for. I cook with it and use it as a dipping sauce. The flavor is not so "processed " tasting that it ruins the food. it will bake well and carmel up just right in the oven.

My only two gripes (which were not deal breakers by no means) is that this sauce is thick and has a lot of sesame seeds. That was fine. The sauce is easy to pour, but it needs to be shaken a bit. It has a delicious smoky teriyaki flavor that I could not recreate on my own. I have not cooked with it much, but I found that I have to be careful with the heat level. This sauce is great for dipping and I use it when I make bento lunches.

Tried the Kikkoman Takumi Teriyaki Sauce on a whim for cooking a new recipe in the crockpot and it is definitely one of the best teriyaki sauces we have had! We have since used it in chicken recipes and pork recipes and it works fantastically with both. This will become a staple in our house.

This stuff is SO good! I mix up a marinade of this, Italian dressing, and soy sauce and it's bomb 💣 on chicken! I'm sure it would be good on other meats as well but I only buy chicken. I then cook my chicken in the air fryer. I like mine rly well done until it has some crispy edges. Others would prob say it's overcooked and dry but it's just the way I like it! Oh and also I had this shipped and they took so much care with it so it didn't break! My shipments are always so good! Nothing ever broken. It was wrapped in brown paper and then had this net thing over it the size of a bottle that held all of the paper in place. I added a pic of the ckn that I just sent my dad bc it looked like a hand but that's the way I like my ckn cooked in this marinade I make in the air fryer. Oh and then I dip my ckn in it once they're done!

Not the thickest sauce ever, but still relatively thick. I prefer take-out style teriyaki sauce, and this does a good job at satisfying that craving. There is a slight vinegar taste present, but the sweetness is still the main flavor. The sesame seeds are a nice addition. Try this one.

the teriyaki sauce was the right brand and color on the bottle but, not the right name on the bottle that I wanted. The person picking the order should have looked at the picture I sent. instead I ended up with barbecue teriyaki sauce instead of the name in the picture on the bottle. Tell the pictures to pay attention to what we want if we're paying for it.

This marinade is absolutely delicious! I used it to marinate quarter chicken pieces and baked them in the oven. They were served with stir-fried vegetables and rice. It was even better than going out to eat!

This takumi teriyaki sauce transforms you're recipe, it's my go to sauce I add bell peppers, broccoli and shiitake mushrooms...really good dinner not a drop for left overs 👍 😘😋😋

My adult son bought this and one day I used it to marinate chicken for the grill and everyone fell off their dining chairs. Between seasoning, honey and this it was the holy grail of marinating chicken for the grill. Highly recommended. The chef will be kissed I promise you.
