Have you used this product for a long time? This product has been watered down. It is not with the strength and the consistency that it used to be. It is now a good product not a great product so you must ask yourself. What am I paying for .Most liquid base products get diluted down at some time or another to extend profit lines and harm the product as a hole. This may be the case here yeah she said the question do you pay more for less but that is the world we live in-“get you some of that”

The thing I like the most about Kikkoman soy sauce is it has a lot of that delicious soy taste without being too salty, in my opinion. Other soy sauces I have tried amounted to brown salt water, but Kikkoman gives me that oriental flavor. It is delicious on rice or chicken or anything else you want to spice up. I sometimes mix this sauce with Wasabi powder for my homemade sushi, and it gives it a tasty flare.

I read about the difference in the Great Value Brand, which I tend to like. And the name brand, and for soy sauce, there is a big difference. The processing and ingredients are vastly different, so for this item, you'll want to invest in the name brand. The flavor is what you expect and adds a lot to a recipe.

Certain veggies like green peas and meats like hotdogs go well with this brand. It doesn't take much to a weighted serving size but be careful of using extra salt bc the soy sauce has its own salt. I am still experimenting with this and know other foods will work well. Be sure to shake well before first use and if it's sat for a few weeks without use.

This is the most consistent, reliable and still the best tasting soy sauce that works well on all asian inspired foods, meats, vegetables, rices, and as a mixing ingredient for other sauce combinations or as a marinade.

Kikkoman Soy Sauce is a staple in my kitchen. I like soy sauces that are not too salty. I like that it doesn't overpower dishes but adds just the right depth. We eat a lot of dumplings, we go through a lot of Kikkoman's!

i won't know what is wrong with this soy sauce. they must have changed the recipe. it used to be good. this most recent bottle smelled like alcohol. a very strong smell of alcohol. it also tasted like alcohol to the point i couldn't use it and had to find old soy sauce packets from a chinese restaurant to use instead. i wouldn't taste any saltiness because of the alcohol taste. i am so disappointed.

its too light with very little flavor. i wish Walmart would have LA choy. its so much better bc im not paying $8 a bottle plus $7 for shipping for it. thats just crazy.
