Like everything else, the price of this has gone up significantly in the last few years, but for authentic Jamaican jerk, you can't beat this. Just know this is a complementary sauce. Jerk chicken still needs to be seasoned and grilled if you want the real thing.

I first bought this at local Wal-Mart, which doesn't carry it now. So I have to order this. It has a sweet, warm, spicy flavor, I like to add it like a Bar-B-Que sauce when grilling, and have it on a side dish for dipping meat in if you want a little more spice. Use it like ketchup. Bought 12 !

If you especially love to make pot roast, ya better (in my friends n family opinions) buy this now and have on hand, always. I used to buy this at grocery stores, but now only online can I find it. Hands down, gotta give this a ten toes up. *How did I use this? No, I didn't forget. Roast meat either in crock pot or oven. Whatever is clever for you, but outcome the same if you use this (bout half or more of the bottle) along with a can of cream of mushroom soup (as well as your special herbs n seasonings...n perhaps a cup or less of red wine) along with your beef rib eye roast n veggies while cooking. The flavours are guaranteed, doesn't overwhelm, truly accents and so much brightens up dishes made. The made jerk sauce from roast goes SO GOOD with the veggies and meat, I really don't know which I like it more better on once cooked. *Well...that's it on this review. Glad you took the time to know this product lil more better. *For other meals I also used this World Harbor jerk and added this into my BBQ sauce. Scumptious also as a glaze for shrimp with butter. I first got a hold of this World Harbors Jerk sauce by accident. The shopper ahead of me bought it, but it wound up in my bag by mistake. So I used it the next time I grilled chicken breasts. OMG!!! I am a professional food service person and have been cooking for over 40 years. This is absolutely the best Jerk Marinade I've ever encounter. The flavor it provides blasts the taste buds to perfection. The problem was that I only had the one bottle until I looked on Walmart to find it. I recommend this product to anyone seeking to get the most flavor from there grill or any meat item. It is just too good to pass up.
