This product cleaned 2 large silver plated serving trays well. The trays were very tarnished. I only used about half of the container. Directions on the container were easy to follow.
I think it works very well for cleaning my silver jewelry and also on others. Use it on rings and earrings and necklaces and makes them shiny again !
I have some silver, which gets clean real well, but I mostly got it for use on the other types of metal it cleans. My stainless steel sink is one thing I used it on, applying it using the sponge in the container but then using a scrubbing attachment powered by a cordless drill. After one or two times (on both sink bowls) the sink looked like new. William
This product is so good if you keep the lid on it when you're not using it it last it also last for years I like it better than liquids because I feel like I have a little more control over it. One thing you may want to be careful of though is get a little soft toothbrush because it does get caught in the cracks if you have decorative silver and doesn't look real pretty when it dries in the cracks easy to get out.
On one can of the polish, the lid was cracked. (See photo below). Was in need of the polish so had to be used. The other, the polish looks like it had settled or had been used. (Have not used this one.
I ordered this item from Walmart and it was never delivered to me. I asked Walmart to return my funds since I did not receive the item. They did so, then three weeks later Walmart debited my account for the money saying that they never received the return item. Why did I have to lose my money for a product that was lost in transit?
We had problems with two jars in six months. Scrub and polish as directed yielded only mediocre results. To be fair we've been 100% pleased with all the earlier purchases in the 50 years we've been using it.
