Wyze Cam Pan v3 Indoor/Outdoor Wired Security Camera with Pan/Tilt/Zoom - White

I have the Pan v3 for my house. It works great. Recently, my father 75+ was prescribed a new med and passed out later that night on his lawn, for a few hours. He later told me this. My father also wants to stay in his home. The compromise, so my family knows hes doing well, Wyze. We installed several cameras, inside - high traffic areas and high fall areas, and outside his home. This way our family can check in on him and he gets to maintain his independence. Wyze is helping my father with his safety and independence.

Camera has great video quality. The PTZ is perfect for monitoring my home. I like that I can review playback of videos. The clarity of the video is amazing. I can see every detail when I am away from home.

The best camera I ever purchase, simple to install , the app is very easy to use and functional. I have three Pan V3's and I' m looking to get another, the price is excellent and the video quality is exceptional.

Great video quality. Best value for the money. This is set up on my condo patio watching my back door and patio plants. It already caught my neighbor stealing the lemons from my Meyers lemon tree. I shared the video with the condo, they all know now that she is a thief. She later apologized, but only because she got caught. Surprise!!

We had Simpisafe and had nothing but trouble staying connected. With wyze we have had no problem. Great to look in on the dog babies while we are at work. Amazing picture. We can look at them in the backyard with the wyze floodlight camera. It lights the entire backyard up. Zero regrets.

I have 5 camera from Wyze and the doorbell. Do I love them, not really. Every time I turn them on says “offline” ALWAYS! It's annoying. I want a camera that when I turn it on it turns on. I also always have issues where I have the camera stays light just comes on. They also don't record everything. Are there better cameras I am sure they are. This one is ok just certain things could be fixed.

The settings for this camera are not the same as other devices wise has to offer, which makes it just a little bit on the confusing side Also, I don't like how you can't set a home position for it once it moves out of its position if it is able to be set, the instructions aren't clear

Camera follows movement if movement is at the same level as the camera. It goes into a holding pattern often towards a wall or the ceiling if no movement so not able to view your room if your checking on things this camera did not work out for what I purchased it for

Work great - but after a year or so these stop, and have to be replaced. Longevity isn't good. My efforts to obtain warranty replacements have never been successful. I have too many to do a wholesale swap to another brand.

Less than 2 weeks old units didn't work. Called tech didn't help out at all. Said had to go through warranty. They will contact me. 2 days later still no contact.
