X-ACTO Model 1900 Desktop Electric Pencil Sharpener, Two-Tone Gray, 1-Count

After I spent some time searching on line I ordered this Electric Sharpener based from the school teachers reviews. My 4th grader and 6th grader grandchildren told me that it works very well and does not over sharpens the pencil which is main important. I hope it stays good for a long time! Thank you Walmart.Com.

I bought this for home use since there's never one sharpened during homework hour! We also use it on color pencils and it is just great. I didn't expect such a sturdy and powerful machine. It stays in place and doesn't vibrate all over the counter when in use.

Love it. This replaces an electric sharpener I've had for decades. I've read some disparaging comments about this model, but it meets my needs perfectly. I need the extra sharp point some commenters have regretted, and I know of no electric sharpener in my price range that automatically shuts off when the pencil is sharp, so the fact that this one doesn't, doesn't bother me a bit. It's good value, and was delivered promptly. I'm pleased.

This is the best pencil sharpener I have found, and at a great price. I am a teacher and my pencil sharpeners get a lot of use. I had a previous X-ACTO 1900 that someone stole after being used often for 5 years. Because I had such great luck with the previous one, I bought another one. This one is every bit as good as the last one and I am confident I will get many years of use out of it.

This sharpener works very very well. I love adult coloring books, but constantly need to sharpen the pencils. This was exactly what I wanted/needed. It works great, and I sharpen a lot of pencils. I'm very glad I bought it. I would highly recommend it.

got a defective one and returned. i've wondered if it is my fault but i read the manual, there is no trick to it except to put pencil in (that's it, right?). the motor sounds like it is running, but it doesn't do anything. strange. i feel kinda dumb but didn't want to waste time so i bought a different kind.
