Base station was easy to pair with WiFi as well as each water detection sensor. Tested each sensor and they all worked and sent timely notifications and emails.

Affordable and easy to set up. App easy to install and configure system. Tested it and works as advertised. I have not had luck with water heaters and wanted a 'heads up' if I had another incident.

Purchased for my rv for all water outlets. It does not fit in the w/d closet bc it's already a tight fit, but I put it in the closet that shares a wall and that should work if ever the washer leaks.

It is good that you can put the base anywhere where you can get wifi so you can heard audible alert especially if you have sensors in the basement. Getting a cell phone alert great in case you are not at home. Very reasonable price.

Wow! These are loud! Easy installation, work great. These offer peace of mind when I'm away from home. I recommend.

This product could be rated 5 stars if the connection is stable. Without reliable connection then this product is useless. It was down couple times after I bought it last month. I almost gave up after trying everything to make it worked and suddenly one day it just fixes by itself, I believe there is something to do with X-Sense server. If that's the case then I think it would be helpful to get at least a notice or message from X-Sense so I don't have to be panic with something that does not work as expected. Thanks.

Buyer Beware: THe unit seems to loose connection despite being on a wifi network that allows all other similar WIFI devices to hold fast. It makes me think that when needed, it will not be there. It also loses its password requiring password reintroduction way too many times in succession (sometimes several times in a few days). I would not recommend this product as we don't hink we've accomplished our goals by installing it. I'm an electrical engineer with software experience.
