The ONLY drawback from this product is the ordering error on MY part. I should have bought a 16 inch verses the 14 inch because my granddaughter is taller than the average 5 year old. I received the bike exactly when promised and EVERYTHING I needed from assembly and then some was included in the box. I will definitely purchase my grandson's bike from this company when the time comes.

For the price of this little bike for a small youth child , it exceeds my expectations. and my daughter absolutely loves it.She's 6 and I got it for her seventh birthday coming up here in August.She loves the fact that she can bring her dolly's on her bike rides .

This bike is beyond words adorable. Everything is made so well I just can't get over the value for the quality. My granddaughter is in heaven. Every time she gets on this bike and takes her baby for a ride. The little basket is perfect for gathering, trinkets or picking flowers along the route.So perfect

Got this bike for my granddaughter for Christmas %26 she loves it. It was delivered w/care %26 on time %26 easy to assemble, all the pieces was there %26 I would definitely recommend this to anyone %26 everyone!

Looks and rides well, 2 kids and 2, adults put together still no tail light or baby carrier, seat lowered at lowest setting seems to be missing part to lift seat , unsure?? Directions could be clearer on how /where to attach tail light

Bought this for our granddaughter for her birthday as this is the one she picked out. She was very happy! It was not hard to put together. We could not get the back reflector on as the screw would not go through. I was disappointed that the chain cover and fenders were plastic and not metal… but over all otherwise it's a very sturdy made bike.

Box came damaged and training wheels are missing. Wheel fenders are trash and made out of very flimsy plastic. Front brake does not work, the pads do not align. It's a cute bike and the kick stand is strong but that's about all it has going for it.

Assembly instructions do not apply in all cases to this bike. Rear deflector is too small to clamp anywhere on the bike. Had to buy an aftermarket one,

The front rim was bent my husband had to make it right. I could have sent it back. How do you explain to a 7-year-old that the present she just unwrapped has to be sent back, and the front brakedoesn'tt work right? We even had it checked by the bike store, and it was missing a bracket piece. So the overall expierence stressful.

Cheaply made, assembly took some time, the front wheel came bent (but my only option to make that right is to send the entire bike back and wait for a whole new one to be sent to me - just to have to reassemble it). But it is cute.
