Came fully assembled as advertised. The rear wheel fender was bent ever so slightly in transit as it was strapped to the back of the vehicle, however it was nothing that the slightest correction couldn't fix. Holds my wife's 48oz tumbler in the cup holder, the wide seat lends to a very comfortable ride.

absolutely one of the smoothest, most comfortable, most reliable bikes ive ever had. good price to pay. i use my bike religiously to get from point A to B to C because i live in a city. Also, this gets good speed to it as well. 1000000/10 Very comfy seat too. easy assembly

I've been wanting a cruiser bike for a long time and my husband bought me this for Mother's Day. It's perfect! Assembly was fairly easy, there are multiple directions for different versions of this bike in the same manual. I've been riding it for almost 2 months now and it's wonderful! Smooth pedaling, comfortable seat, great handle bar placement. We loved it so much I bought the men's version for my husband for Father's Day AND we bought 3 more for our teenage daughters! It's a fantastic bike, especially for the price!

the front wheel was bent when I unpacked it and I contacted the company like the instructions said to do before returning it. the company was great and sent me a new rim at no charge. I am very happy, great bicycle and a great company.

I loved the color and everything about it when my husband assembled it upon delivery. It's gorgeous! We unfortunately returned it to the store the next day. I'm short and didn't feel safe on it while stepping off and holding it upright so I I tried to straddle it on my tip toes and step off at the same time. My wonderful husband discovered I need a 24" step thru beach cruiser, and went on to find me the perfect beach cruiser that's not as pretty as the Nel Lusso was just too big for me to handle. For reference I'm 5'1". If you're a bit taller it'll work for you!!!

I ordered this bike for my wife’s birthday and I was already nervous when It was delivered since the box was destroyed all over. I was putting it together(even though many of the reviews said they received it already assembled but I guess that is because they charge to assemble it now after you receive it) and realized that the front fender was dented. It is also missing the basket, and of course the basket was one of the main things she wanted the bike to have. Also the bike is much lower quality than it seems.

I ordered this bike in a box and added the assembly fee of $79 as well. Walmart uses Angies for the assembly job. I am 45 minutes from the Candian bordern in Northeastern Montana. Seems there are no takers for that job anytime soon. The box the bike came in is full of holes and am concerned about the contents so I am returning it via FEDEX.

Bike would be great, but after putting the bike together, we realized that the inner tube/tire was defective. The one tire will not hold air. Walmart refuses to send replacement parts. Would not purchase this type of item from Walmart again.

Instructions are not specific for this bike, they are for one of any 4 possible bikes from this vendor. The vendor does not line up with the front wheel. The front wheel rim is warped and the tire wobbles. Never seen a warped rim on a bike before. Brand new out of the box like this. No signs of damage, just terrible quality control.

I bought this bike when it was on Sale. I think they purposely put defective parts on the bike then listed for sale. Not all these parts were damaged in shipping. The whole front and back rims were bent. The fenders bent. the kickstand bent, I had to take the rims to a bike shop to have them straightened out. I did not want to dissemble the whole bike and get the money back due to it was not on sale anymore. Thankfully my friend was able to fix the dents on the fender for me. Horrible service from this seller.
