Xl-3 is my go-to otc medicine when im not feeling well! It's recommended to take 2 pills every 4 hours, which is more often than other meds however it works wonders! I end up feeling after a day or two.

It helped
We couldn't order more than one package of the alca seltzer cold/flu, and day/night quell hadn't been working for us, so we tried these(could get more than one); I'd say they worked as well as the others, maybe even a bit better.

First time purchase of this particular product, pleasantly surprised by how well it works, usually I buy Equate decongestant in the green box, but it's not covered by my insurance card any longer.
