I bought the SB250 for my home and this model for my father. He loves it! It was as easy to assemble as the SB250. Perfect for his needs.

Once I found a way to put the bike together it worked fine. I would have preferred to have an offer to put it together attached to the purchase.

Great basic bike
It really is a great basic bike. My husband wanted a low impact recumbent bike. It has a programmable display and a comfortable seat. We paid to have it put together and it was worth it as it comes in a pretty small box with lots of parts. So far so good!

Poor workmanship and poor customer service
I don't recommend this bike or company. I ordered one for my parents, and it came with a defective seat support bracket. My dad has been in touch with the company five times and still hasn't gotten the part he needs. He was told today it would take over a month for it to come. In the meantime, my folks have a partially put together exercise bike and misc parts sitting in their dining room. Poor workmanship, and poor customer service.

I HATE THAT THIS WAS DELIVERED TWICE IN A DAMAGED BOX. I THINK THEY JUST TRUED TO DELIVER THE SAME DAMAGED BOX BUT THE DELIVERY GUY CAUGHT IT. WHEN I GOT MY MONEY BACK IT WAS NO LONGER ON SALE. I REORDERED IT AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO ARKANSAS AND I LIVE IN CALIF. THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND I AM GOING TO LOOK ELSEWHERE TO BUY THIS BIKE. I DON'T KNIOW IF IT IS A GOOD BIKE OR A CRAPPY ONE CAUSE NEVER GOT TO USE IT.

Faulty Motor and Broken Seat :-(
Not a durable bike. Lasted about six months before the motor died. I have had it now for about 10 months and the seat just snapped. Swayed from side to side, and just snapped. Spend more for a better bike as this one is not going to last very long, unfortunately. The only positive I can say is that the seat was always comfortable. But besides that, not a good buy. :-(
