I have had this device for about a week now, and so far so good! Looks like the muscle pain in the gluteal, hip, and rib areas I was experiencing, is finally releasing whatever tension was there. Of course I'm using this in collaboration with massage therapy and foam rolling. But I have noticed that this massage gun has added a different element from the other 2, and it is very soothing. I would definitely recommend, fingers crossed, just hope it does not break down anytime soon. Nonetheless, $65 for a weeks worth of massages not a bad investment, considering you pay more for a therapist in one session!

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it, we used it the first night we got it and it has done wonders! All 6 heads give a different experience in massage and it also has 6 different speeds! Did I mention that its cordless?!? Ooooof! She will be recommending to all her friends! Pays for itself in 2 uses. The multi tools work every part of the body from the tips of your toes to the head. I have RA, bursitis, planter fasciitis, and osteoarthritis, this has been such a relief. In addition my job is extremely physical and being able to care for the muscles is a blessing.

The power settings are practical and with good spacing. The silicon texture is great for allergies and adding oils. There is only one thing about the product. As the battery drains the level you can use goes down. So if the battery is at 50 percent charge, you can't use the higher settings.

I've been having neck and shoulder pain on and off for about a month. I've been using this for a few days now and I'm feeling a lot better now. I've already recommended this to my parents and they really like theirs too.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift so I expected it to come in a box. It came in its own case which I loved but just concerned about the product looking like it was used etc. If I had purchased this product on my own no big deal but as a gift it is a concern. The company should have a box for the product to prove it is a non used item. I got the extend warranty thank goodness. So Walmart will cover and help me if things are just not correct with the item. Will let you know the outcome after Christmas.

when i received it it look like someone had opened it. It didnt look brand new. N the packaging was also so unprofessional. I bought it for a christmas gift. It just better work right. The reviews had 4 stars...lets so if it is worth 4 stars. but for now just due to the way it was sent...only 3 but should be a 1 or 2.

arrived in time with good packaging. the massager has touch buttons, one of them wouldn't light up out of the box. the battery charge indicator was faulty. it would show 80 percent even after being fully charged. I purchased a different massager from Amazon.

The package arrived and it was clear the exterior packaging had been shed and the carrying case had been opened previously. Not sure if this was a returned item or just poor quality control, but internal packaging/plastic sleeves had been completely or partially removed and the charging cord had been previously used. Very disappointing for a personal item before you even consider using it!

This Xtreme massager did not state it was used. Walmart should require that information. I received this item in the black case, packaged in black plastic. It looked like it was rolled up in a black trash bag and then taped. None of the accessories still had the plastic on it only the massager was wrapped in plastic that was clearly not new. I went to return it to the store but forgot to print return label and packaging but should have gone anyway. Unfortunately I was working so much between August and September, I didnt return it in time to get refunded.
