Loved the chairs and appreciate customer service response--one chair was damaged during shipment and legs were missing on the other but they made good and refunded $50 that I used to purchase replacement legs on Amazon. Would have given 5 stars if the package was not damaged and the furniture damaged as a result :-) Lovely chairs.

The chair was a gift for my sister who cannot pick up a lot of weight. She was very proud of it and matched her living room very much thank you.

I like the fact that my chair came before its scheduled date. The chair works well with my other furniture. I do not like that its legs make the chair lopsided a little. I needed to unscrew the tack in the bottom of one of the chair legs to make it even out. Now it’s noticeable to me and I don’t like it.

I purchased four of these chairs, and one of them arrived burned/damaged. I contacted the seller, and unfortunately, I was given nothing but misleading information. At first, I was told they would send a replacement and that I could keep the damaged one and dispose of it. Later, they changed their story and said they didn't have any in stock, but once they received the damaged item back, they would issue a refund. After they received the item, they again changed their response, saying they still don't have stock and cannot do anything. This seller wasted my time and failed to resolve the issue properly. Be very careful before buying — the product arrived defective and the customer service has been unreliable.

These chairs look nice, but to sit on them is laughable. The cushion has no give and feels like a concrete block. The back will hit below mid back due to the lack of give in the seat cushion. If you need a chair for looks only, this could work.
