Yankee Candle Macintosh Whole Home Freshener

As soon as we attached this to our new filters, the whole house smelled SO, SO APPLE-Y!! My husband loves that scent, but we have 2 registers and put one on each to start, and it was immediately too much scent for my husband...it WAS strong, but i didn't mind...I'd prefer that to Stinky Dog Smell, lol. So we took one off, leaving just one for a few minutes...he still couldn't take it. I sit right under an airvent, but the register closest to me was the plain filter...yet I could still enjoy the sent from the other side of the house. He had to take it down...i later thought perhaps I should have cut it into ¼s or something, but I will wait to try it. I bet, like many such products, that the smell would soon fade, or we would soon adjust, but I will have to wait to see.

Love love love it!! My house smells like yummy apples. No need to light candles.

often when I'm done using one of these I will cut it in half and put it in my truck under the seats and it smells great especially if truck is out in the sun 🌻

Not over powering. Subtle but noticeable. But I did only buy one. Next time I will one for each return vent.

It did the job in my opinion. Scent was not over powering.

Scent lasted 1.5 full days hooked on my forced air furnace filter and another on a vent. Reviews not the same as what I received. I expected at least 30 days and didn't even get 2! Not worth the money.

I have 5 cats, and my mother in law was coming to visit, so I bought and used 2 just in case. The scent didn't even last the 3 days she was here. Also, they should just stop including that little plastic hook to hang it up with. I have never seen a more useless piece of plastic. I remember these being a bit longer lasting when they were made of wax dots. I honestly gave it 2 stars because things smelled really great for about a day and a half.

lasted 5 mins used to last a month. i left came back and nothing!! in fact my apt smelled worse. i dont think due to product but that's how bad the product did not work
