Great product. Just as described. Holds my tools and batteries great. Very happy with my purchase. As my drill collection grows I will buy another one. Craftsmanship is excellent.

The only problem we have with this item is that the hooks were not included in the box and apparently there is no one I can contact about it.

This is a good set. It is not really "heavy duty," but it will work for what we need--hanging a few drills in the workshop.

Got a wrong part and could not assemble it. I couldn't get an exchange for this item and now I will have to pay a lot more to replace it. Very dissapointed. This should be an easy exchange since this is a manufacture issue and they put a wrong part in it. Very dissapointed. I won't be paying extra to replace it. Not my fault I recieved a defective item.
