Yellowstone Ceramic Oval Platter, Kayce Collection

I purchased this tray for entertaining at parties. It's a great color and easily matches my room decor and could complement other colors on a buffet table easily. I plan to use it as a fruit tray for everyday use. It's such a versatile piece, I am so glad I purchased it.

They match my dishes, I have stoneware that has similar colors, my dishes are all different colors, so that's why the serving bowl in this set and the serving platter work really well with my set already.

I recently moved and my old Pfaltzgraff platter was broken. I saw this online and ordered it, along with two 20 oz bowls. They arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The colors are nice and earthy, just as pictured. Thumbs up.

It's a beautiful platter. In the pictures online it looks more blue than in person. It's more grey-green and full colored. But good heavy duty quality. Could fit appetizers on it and every piece is a little different because of how the ceramics are made. Overall very happy the one less star is because the color looks slightly different in person.

I submitted that this was broken when I received it. It was placed loosely in the box. I crumbled all over me when I pulled it out. I called and was told to throw it away. I was told I would receive a replacement. But my account showed nothing was coming nor was I receiving a refund. Please resolve this issue.

Great product. Delivery experience was the most awful. Showed up broken along with the other two bowls into a hundred pieces. I had to take it back to the store. They wanted me to mail back the pieces before they would refund it. Or I could take it to the store. Absolutely horse crap

The item isn't bad besides that it is easily breakable. Which is why I'm giving it one star because somehow Walmart doesn't know how to ship this item and the additional ones I ordered. No bubblewrap or cardboard separating them. Just thrown in a box and not even a fragile sticker on the outside. Don't waste your time having to return items that are guaranteed to be broken on arrival.

Purchased the plate set locally in the store and it is very nice. Ordered 2 Platters online as they were out of stock locally, both Platters completely destroyed. Returned and requested replacement platters and received 2 days later, again completely destroyed. Walmart did not properly package the product both times.

Who is in charge of packing these platters? My fam and I have ordered several-every single one arrived poorly packaged (just wrapped in brown mesh paper) and shattered into pieces. They are just setting up a trip for damaging their product at Walmart's expense and the customers' hassle. Walmart, do you not read these reviews and many pics of broken platters? It's a pattern, not isolated incidents.
