I'm a guy. I work the graveyard shift so my sleep is deprived. I'm also almost 50. So the bags under my eyes have been growing larger every day. In fact my ex told me several times how bad the bags were under my eyes! I wanted to get rid of these things for a very long time, but had no idea how. I was surfing the wm app looking for "eye bag removal" products and came across this one. The price seemed reasonable enough to try it out. I bought it and to my surprise I have actually seen a difference. What is lacking are specific instructions. It says to apply, but is not specific about: how long to leave the eye cream on, nor to rub it in or wipe it off. So I personally used step one for almost an hour. It did not burn me, in fact it didn't even tingle for me. (And I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to most perfumes and dyes). But after I removed them (after much frustration of trying to separate them to apply to begin with) I could honestly say that the darkness was reduced, not gone, just reduced. Step two wasn't specific either. So I dabbed a ton of it under my eyes making an even coat (looked like a football players under eye black stuff). I've left the first coat on for about an additional hour. When I went to wipe it off I found that most of it had absorbed into my skin. There is plenty of cream for multiple coats. I did notice before applying a second coat that the bags had reduced a ton! Needless to say anything worth while takes time and the more time you take to use this product the better it works! I know because I like doing clay masks as well and the same applies. So don't be in a hurry and expect perfect results! I'm almost 50 but I get mistaken for being in my 20's all the time! And I didn't get this way by rushing anything worth while! BTW I cleaned off the shelf of this product from my local wm.

I saw results immediately. No burning or tingling feel. My bags were 90% gone. The cream is very light and soft. A little goes a long way with the cream so only a tiny amount is needed. I will definitely purchase these again.

Wouldn't even give it one star. I wore it for the recommended time and it literally burned my under eyes. I then tried to apply the disgustingly sticky cream and that literally did nothing. After all that nonsense I decided to wash off my face and it was so hard to get off! the whole thing is literally trash, I would not recommend or even consider buying again. Get the Burt's bees under eye mask- they're phenomenal!

I purchased one of these masks, used it, and loved it. Sure glad I didn't write a review then. A couple weeks later I purchased another set and can we say ouch? The first one was sort of cooling/tingling. This set burned like no other. Took them off to find extreme red almost blistered skin. Needless to say, I won't be getting these again and with all the chemical burn reviews, maybe the company should consider a recall?

This did nothing for me at all. The pads burned my skin and the gap under my eye where where the pad stoppedand didnt cover got really puffy And dark in color

Burns your face leaving red marks. The step 2 cream does nothing to help, but it does smell good.
