Sturdy %26 useful as intended. I don't have anything else to compare, but it solves the purpose of blocking the door %26 window from intruders with added strength.

The bar fixes tight and secure under my door knob. Very easy to put in. I had my friend try several times to open my door, and he could not get it open. This is a man 190 lbs and in good health. i feel very safe in my home now.

We have had %26 used one nightly for years now. Bought for a friend as house warming gift. It would slow down any ill intent if properly set up between floor %26 under door knob. Good product, will always recommend for anyone asking about security. Easy to install %26 light enough for elderly person to handle. Price very fair, too.

They work well for a slider door but are not strong enough for a push open type door. I bought one for my friend and her daughter was able to force the door open. She is not even 5 ft. tall. I would not recommend this.

They literally just BOTH BROKE during installation?! I'm using these as doorstoppers! To stop someone from BREAKING IN MY HOME!!! And I can't even install them without them BOTH breaking?!?! Why?! There's been some nut lurking outside on and off harassing my neighbors and it was APPROPRIATE TO SCAM ME?! What is actually wrong with this company for selling something that can't even be used for security?!

The base at the bottom of the bar doesn't have good support it slides out of place, so I constantly keep pushing it back in place
