The best quality, the adhesive is strong.. mine have been up for over a year, just ordered more for my basement. They are loud and scare the heck out of me if i accidentally forget to turn them off before opening the door.. they serve their purpose and are worth the price.

Kids were born in a barn. This stops that!!!!
Very nice chime or alarm for windows and doors. Our boys are the world's barn borners bc they leave every door wide open. Set this bad boy to alarm and it sings the song of its people so loud the kids won't stand with door wide open anymore. Two trick pony

simple easy to use. glad I went with these they are perfect I dont need all the fancy technology. I will say the stickers on the back were very hard to peel off.

A Very Bad Purchase!!!
My experience with these Philips Door/window alarms was extremely frustrating. They are totally unlike the same brand I bought couple years ago. These are not only very difficult to install, they did not sound alarm when door was opened. We called manufacturer and explained the situation--they said they are defective and we should return them. Also--be aware : If you do purchase these, you will need a very tiny screwdriver to just get the battery case opened before you can even start to proceed with all the other ridiculous steps involved in what is a very stupidly designed installation process. What a hassle! Philips brands---never again!

Perfect for Alzheimer's patients!
I have a mom with Alzheimer's. They came to visit and we were afraid our security alarm would go off constantly at night (she's a wanderer ), so we bought these for day and nightmare. They work great but if you have wooden or metal doors plan on buying double sided tape as they fall off and you have to keep putting them back on to stick. However, once you do that they work great!
