Great value for the price.

Ana20 August 17, 2020

I bought this TV after I had to replace my original Vizio due to a defect. Vizio's customer service handled my case with ease and professionalism. I was impressed how they helped me replace my original TV within a week. I'm definitely happy with my new Vizio TV.

A rockin' Vizio

Drmom2012 June 28, 2021

We have always loved Vizio! I have had only one weird vizio experience out of the 7 I have owned. This one exceeds our expectations!! We keep this in our bedroom and love it because the close captioning is big enough for us to read without glasses. It is an amazing addition!

So far so good

Tulsa Time May 28, 2021

Early in the game, but loving it so far. I'm coming from a much smaller screen and this is my first HD 4K, so I'm not going to be the most discriminating viewer...that said, such a deal on sale and with the 3 year warranty included as a Sam's perk, seems hard to beat.

Great Picture, True Intelligence, Great Price

JWConsult June 3, 2021

Have had TV for nearly a month and it has been excellent. Picture is outstanding in every way (detail, color rendition, color intensity and dynamic range). Easy to set up.The only minor issue is the sound. Many broadcasters today are mush-mouths and do not annunciate and speak clearly, in addition, people with accents are often indistinct. We are hard of hearing and I recommend that you get a sound bar if that is your problem. I highly recommend this Vizio TV. We also own 2 smaller, older Vizios which are trouble-free and around 6 years old.

Really Nice TV with great features

RadDad May 16, 2021

Really like my new Vizio 55” M Series TV! Great color and features. Easy set-up and 3 years warranty. I was disappointed that Sam's Club lowered the price of my TV $40 before it was delivered. Could have used that $40 for other Sam's Club purchases.

It's decent

Easydoesit June 10, 2021

Powering on TV is slow. Many times, I have to press the power button twice. if you press the power button more than once, it becomes a big headache because there's no true indication besides a little light that receives a signal that doesn't necessarily mean the TV is turning on or off when you have to press the button more Than once

Good Value

Joe October 9, 2020

Vizio is a good value, and they have great support. I own 4 of them. I just canned one 65" Vizio that was 10 years old. Still had a great picture, but the sound quit. I have had some problems with them in the past shutting down completely or losing the internet connections, but support has helped getting them back up. Samsung may have more bells and whistles, but for the price difference, Vizio is fine.

Good for price

okcgal November 27, 2020

Ok, well good for price point...super disappointed with the blacks. Also if you're not directly in front of it the picture wildly deteriorates. Can only be at a slight angle at best for viewing purposes. Is this normal? IDK. The last time I bought a TV was 2015 so obviously I'm no expert. The last TV was a Samsung that has now migrated to my bedroom and the picture is still good as heck. Wish the remote was backlit and easier to use - and a little more substantial. I have small hands and the remote feels tiny and aloof, can't imagine what a normal-sized person would think. If someone who has this TV has some pointers I'm open to trying anything that improves the experience!

Useless, Invasive, Restrictive

Eric March 4, 2021

The user interface is horrible! Picture is fine, but interface is klunky, restrictive, and poorly thought out. There is no option to download apps from the internet: if it isn't in Vizio's built in interface, you can't go get it. At the beginning of setup, you need to accept that they will track everything you watch to even use the TV. If you don't, it's just an ugly black square on the wall. Why even ask and make you think you have the option to say "no"? Returning this today. Vizio's support was friendly, available, and as helpful as possible. They just couldn't fix architectural problems with the product.

Avoid.

Roger February 17, 2021

Returned immediately. VIZIO 50" Class 4K UHD Quantum Smartcast Smart TV HDR M-Series M50Q7-H1 is defected from the factory. Vizio support is derelict, too. Bought Samsung 7 series next day and had zero problems. Especially no problems with what Vizio support was telling me like, "contact you cable provider" and "adjust the picture from your cable box, it's not our TV causing the problem." Ridiculous for the company to put a product like this on the market, the TV is factory defected. Zero stars if possible. AVOID.
