I love this mop like no other I've done housework for so many years i finally found the right one I won't buy anything else
Sturdy handle and the sponge haven't worn down on first task Hopefully will get the job done going forward
A sponge mop is an essential household item, and it's been years since I had to purchase one. This one seems very "solid" and not flimsy, holds a lot of water and has a set of rollers to wring itself out with just a pull on the built-in handle mechanism - but it has been pretty stiff to use so far and might get looser with use. Overall pretty happy with this purchase when a lot of other things are made cheaply and fall apart right after purchase - I would recommend this for anyone's cleaning arsenal.
the item is advertised with two sponges- one with a replacment.it only came with one, no replacement.
I call myself moderately handy....but those assembly directions.ugh. The sponge and brush assemblies are basically a press snap fit. The tolerances are so close it makes the press fit a struggle....making one think that they may not be performing ithe task correctly. The squeegee brush combo is a joke. Dont know about you but our baseboards in the kitchen are recessed relatve to the cabinet face. With that brush contraption it is is impossible to clean along the baseboards. So today I'm going to ask if she wants to keep it and use it sans brush attachment or return it.
This mop is built really well and feels sturdy, but unfortunately, I've had the same issue twice now. When it came time to replace the mop head, the mechanism was completely jammed on both mops, and I couldn't remove the old heads at all. I ended up throwing both mops away, and now I'm stuck with a whole pack of replacement heads I can't use. Great construction, but the design for changing the heads really needs improvement.
This product is a horrible product. I was unable to assemble just follow the instructions which are barely any the photos do not help. There's an error on the sponge that goes through the hoop of the slot where you supposed to connect. The sponge in the arrow broke so yeah I didn't even get to use the mop as you can see. It's still brand new. I didn't get to do anything and I had water and everything products to mop the floor and I'm gonna have to. They're gonna go to waste because I can't use them up thanks anyway I've never again.
IT BROKE APART DURING ASSEMBLY. TOTALLY UNUSABLE. I reordered a different mop. So far it looks good. Came fully assembled. I haven't had time to use it yet.
First thought it was working well. Then, not retracting properly. When squeeze water out and move try to release lever, the sponge is stuck. Cannot release to be able to pull (black ring} to pull sponge out. Stuck and don't know how to fix. Cannot use in current configuration! How to fix or replace?
This mop was hard to put together especially the mop head. It will not slide into groove as it should snd directions were no help.
