I use this tea since i do not drink alcohol and need something to relax after a hard day. if you drink more than a cup at one time, you may take a little nap but it does not knock you out! it has a pleasant taste ( i add one sweetener substitute ). it can be hard to find, so i buy more than one box at a time

I don't even like tea, but I was cold one evening and my daughter had been gifted a few random tea flavors, so I tried this flavor. It is delicious, with just a hint of sweet, and it's good for you with ashwaganda and other ingredients. My husband likes it as well, and now I have it every night when I'm craving a hot cup of coffee. I think this helps me sleep...maybe especially because it's replacing a stiff cup of coffee.

this is one of my very favorite teas. the lavender sage and blackberry complement each other beautifully and it really is very relaxing
