The bag arrived in time as expected and was the size expected. It held several large pans of food, as expected. And it held the heat of food.

Loved how spacious this bag was. We had to bring home a whole Thanksgiving dinner we ordered at a restaurant and there was plenty of room to keep everything warm and upright for the ride home. When you are done with it you can fold it up and store it easily. Will use this many more times!!

It is nice and big, we need things like that as we have to go a long ways to shop. It fits milk and other perishables nicely.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about how well these bags would hold up, especially the zippers because I had read multiple reviews on them with other buyers complaining that the zippers were poor quality and break easily. Well, I use these for very heavy catering deliveries and they get used DAILY, multiple times per day. These bags are the real deal. They're strong, durable, tough and very reliable. The minor caveat is the fact that they are completely collapsible so they don't have their own solid walls, which can damage the aluminum trays of food inside while you're carrying them due to the sagging weight of stacked foil trays with heavy food inside. I solved that problem immediately by placing some exact fit heavy duty cardboard boxes inside each bag and guess what? Zero sagging! These bags are perfect. Also, each bag can hold either five full sized pans or ten half-sized pans of food. And yes, everything stays hot or cold in transit with no spillage or condensation. I will be ordering four more after the holidays so I can be prepared for taking multiple catering orders simultaneously.

This is the perfect family size grocery shopping insulated bag. It will hold a ton of fruits, vegetables, and meats that you want to stay cold from the grocery store to home. It is great for those gig catering jobs too! Perfect for transporting prepared foods that need to stay hot or cold!

Way too large and cumbersome to use, bulky and misleading. Dark black color absorbs heat to melt frozen foods. Flimsy construction tips over easily and collapses. Bottom caves in and tips over contents. Not recommended for grocery shopping. Not recommended for anything.
