I will ALWAYS choose the fish free omega, and these are great. No fishy burping and such.

Omega 3 is great support for your brain, eye, and heart health. The bottle contain a month supply and you take two daily. I like that there is no aftertaste when using this supplement.

I find this easy to take daily. It's a great alternative to fish oil capsules. I just wish Walmart had the larger size available.

My doctor recommended this item and I don't have the aftertaste like other brands I've tried.
