Nature Made Magnesium Citrate 250 mg per Serving Softgels, Magnesium Supplement, 140 Count

I've been taking both the Citrate and Glycinate for years. I like these because the 250mg is delivered by a 2-capsule dose. So I can control the doses better by only taking 1 cap for 125mg when preferred. The capsules are large, but easy to swallow due to the coating. This brand is also USP certified.

This works great for muscle cramps at night. I take 2 at bedtime and it relaxes me and stops me from cramping! I've noticed when I don't take it the cramping returns immediately! Delivery was on time also. Definitely recommend this product!

I take magnesium citrate for leg cramps. I had tried other brands, but the citrate works best for me. The capsules have a smooth coating that is so much easier to swallow than others I have tried. There is no aftertaste with these capsules.

After listening to and reading multiple sources, I've learned to buy vitamins with the USP label. Only seen Nature Made seems to have this label. And, after taking magnesium oxide for years, I just learned that the body absorbs magnesium citrate more easily. Unfortunately, this product is a very large capsule, which is why I gave it a 4-star.

I find that many supplements aren't consistent in their effectiveness . I've bought this magnesium before but not in this large bottle. The gel casing isn't digesting fully. This didn't happen with the previous bottle. The previous one also helped me fall asleep at night..this one doesn't seem to do that so far.

The person that brought them out just tossed them on the Porch. Good thing they were not in a glass bottle.

I have been trying since delivery to get this supplement returned, I DID NOT ORDER, CAN NOT TAKE. I AM DEAF, I DON'T HEAR DOOR BELL HAVE TRIED TO GIVE TO DELIVERY PEOPLE THEY REFUSE TO TAKE BAG SAT ON MY PORCH FOR WEEKS.

It was not what my dr recommended therefore it didn't work as it should have but that's my mistake. I didn't realize there were other options.
