Nature Made Vitamin D3 K2 Supplement, 5000 IU (125 mcg) Vitamin D Softgels, 60 Count

My chiropractor told me that you need to take vitamin K with vitamin D3 to be better absorbed by your body. Even though I drink and eat dairy products, my body doesn't make vitamin D very well. Anyone who lives north of Georgia, USA, needs to take vitamin D I've been told.

I am a HUGE FAN of WALMART! I saw this Nature Made combo of Vitamin D and Vitamin K and am THRILLED. Shall I tell you why? In a nutshell, if you lack the ability to sun yourself for at least 45 minutes a day, you are not receiving enough Vitamin D naturally, period. If you lack Vitamin K, you are not facilitating that Vitamin D or Calcium to your bones and cognitive thinking. We are over 65 so we care very much about this! The pills are tiny and very pretty red! I love gel caps and wish ALL vitamins were offered this way. I LOVE WALMART !

I just got these yesterday, and I am already feeling more myself. This pill is easy to take, with no orange flavor or fizziness. It's also gentle on my system and helps curb my appetite. Check with your dr to get the right mg on which one to purchase because you can take too much. It also may not be tolerating for one person and will be for someone else.

I love to buy my supplements from Walmart. I've never had any issues with the quality or taste, and I also love the variety of the supplements that they offer as well as the different forms, soft gel gummy, etc. I buy at least two supplements every month. Love these. The coating on these gel capsules is delightful. Feeling better after taking these. Only gripe is the same as other reviewers; you only get so many tablets and the container is mostly empty. Wish they included more in their bottles. Other than that, highly recommend.

if you have done bloodwork and confirmed that you have low vitamin D, then get this one. it's prefect. many other vitamin D supplements are 1000 IU and this is 5x that. this is perfect for people who are actually deficient and need to catch up. it also had vitamin K which helps the vitamin D.
