Helps relax before bedtime
I picked this up because I had heard magnesium glycinate can help you relax if you take it before bed. This one is easy to take and fits right into a nightly routine. It does seem to help with winding down at night and getting more comfortable for sleep. The capsules are gentle and go down without any trouble. Good value for what you get, and a solid option if you’re looking for something to help you relax before bedtime.

Don't chew these lol. The pills are decently big so if you have a hard time swallowing pills maybe try to do 1 at a time. They help me sleep, especially when it helps call my shaky leg syndrome lol. I've also noticed it helping my joing pains from my rheumatoid arthritis

Get a good night sleep
I was diagnosed with PCOS and sometimes I have trouble sleeping. These Magnesium supplements help me relax and fall asleep. They're great for helping to reduce stress as well.

I have only been taking it a short time, so not able to know if it works. So basing this review on no side affects or stonach issues. Larger size than I thought, but no issues taking it.

spring valley glycinate magnesium one of the best
unfortunately I have CKD and you have to limit yourself with magnesium glycinate these come in 200 mg which are fabulous. as well as the pill is not huge they are very easy to swallow. absolutely this is my go-to magnesium glycinate.

Give at least 2 weeks
Bought this to help improve sleep and help anxiety. Was told it may take up to 2 weeks for full effect. Not been that long yet. Capsules are not hard to swallow. Going to stick it out see if it helps.
