Don't chew these lol. The pills are decently big so if you have a hard time swallowing pills maybe try to do 1 at a time. They help me sleep, especially when it helps call my shaky leg syndrome lol. I've also noticed it helping my joing pains from my rheumatoid arthritis

I have only been taking it a short time, so not able to know if it works. So basing this review on no side affects or stonach issues. Larger size than I thought, but no issues taking it.

Magnesium Glycinate is usually better absorbed than the oxide form that I have been using for years and is a better form for insomnia if taken before bed . I chose the Spring Valley brand because I trust them to be good quality at the best price.

Beware. Each capsule actually contains 100 mg of magnesium, not 200 mg. Each serving is 200 mg, but you have to take 2 capsules per day. This is misleading.
