This lifted me right out of my recent depression quickly and is slowly eliminating my anxiety. I am only taking one per day and it is still working well. I have tried many supplements over the last couple of years, and this works the best. I plan on continuing to use it for a long time to come, in conjunction with daily magnesium. Great stuff!

I have struggled with Pmdd since my early teens and felt i had reached a point of excepting the pain, struggles, and lack of quality of life leading up too my monthly. After discussing this with my doctor I started taking 1 capsule a day for a week. After no side effects of upset stomach etc I started talking the recommend 2 capsules a day. After the 2nd full week is when I started feeling an overall boost in mental clarity and general calmness. My mind didn't feel clouded with the usual brain fog, and my skin had an unusual glow that was never there since my 30s. This product is not a total fix all and will take more than a 30 day supply to total feel the true benefits of the ingredients, which i why I have purchased another bottle.
