I read that Maca root is good for irregular cycles and I got it as well as inositol and Berberine. Plus, it's vegan and the supplement brand is very good.
My husband uses this. He was prescribed this brand of maca by a Naturopathic doctor many years ago. His current doctor never changed the prescription. It's supposed to be great for stress. This brand must be good, and convenient as well as priced right.
Great brand and product. I can tell the difference in the way I feel after a few days of taking it .
I have been using this product for a long time to regulate TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone). The effects have been laboratory confirmed after a month of use. I trust this brand and I think their products have no competition.
great quality root. I'm sure the Gaia ingredients are the best. I feel it has an uplifting benefit and is really waking you up. like a boost of energy. it has no taste which is great since I hate the taste of maca...
The quality of this maca capsules is amazing really the size is perfect i highly recommend it antioxidant package is beautiful clean the benefit is top notch.
