so far loving the quality and the price point is very good and what you'd expect. this is a nice pure kind and i will be a repeat customer. my husband had noticed more of a difference than even me so far without being too detailed! it helps with many things google it and youll see why we both take it.

One of the more easy “pick me up” herbs

Improved acuity and energy with this one. Its a staple for me during perimenopausal lack of energy and clarity. I love this supplement and I love Gaia brand.

so far these do not bother my stomach you take these on an empty stomach and i dont get any sort of upset stomach or bad taste

Excellent for a burst of energy and clarity in the morning.

I wanted to try Rhodipla for focus, alertness, and energy. So far, it appears to help.

I had high hopes to try this brand for the first time. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed. Terrible brand, the capsules were barely filled. I've taken another brands for rhodolia rosea. This is the worst brand by far. Increasing the dosage made no difference, had no effect whatsoever. Due to inflation, it was wasted time and money spent.
