It's a BUY!
I use it for focus, energy %26 mental alertness. I take it after a small amount of breakfast food if digestive issues. Best NOT to take near a high protein meal, as it competes with high protein.....but 1 egg would be fine. Can take another 500 mg around noon, but it may interfere with your sleep %26 keep you awake. Best not to take more than 1,000 mg max per day.

Excellent brand. It helps support mental alertness, its an amino acid helping with dopamine which makes you happy. It works for me and I take it every day and it also helps with stress.

The product does help mind focus. I find that taking two capsules once or twice a day works best for me. It takes time to work. It's best used regularly.

Don't recomend to order anything from that Seller
I still didn't received it and asked for refund. I don't recomend to order any production from that company. It goes around all America trip and never come to you. Show always new date of delivery.....
