Suntheanine L-Theanine is an excellent supplement for those who are stressed. The supplement works within 15-30 minutes of taking and returns one to a more relaxed state of mind and body (just like a good cup of hot tea). This product was the most effective of the supplements I have taken in reducing stress and has helped me during emotionally fragile times to relax and regain control.

This stuff really seems to help me sleep soundly through the night. I don't believe it would work to help you FALL asleep if you are a true insomniac, but once you are asleep, you stay that way. I truly do feel more refreshed in the morning. Have taken it during the day to see if its claims for reducing anxiety are valid - doesn't seem to have much effect in that respect, but perhaps a higher dose would be more effective.
