I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my grandchildren. Today is only December 5 and I'm constantly getting emails to please rate the product, write a seller review and the overall experience!!! I cannot do that if they haven't opened the product yet. Giving this three stars when the product hasn't even been opened or used is being nice when in actuality I should give it just one star because I have no idea how it works or if it's good or not.

It took me a couple days to get to them to set up. Very disappointed that the pink one had already had the stick on screen protector removed. Even the tablet itself has a foreign language on it and not English. I can't getto anypage to change it. I am going to send the one pink one back. Sorry I am sending it back.

The tablet just stopped working around the fifth day of being used. Won't charge or turn on. I believe my grandson dropped it and that may be the reason why. I did purchade the additional warranty so this unit should be elegobke for repair or replacement.

I bought 2 of these. Blue an Pink. Blue was great, but the pink one had the sreen protection removed already and had spanish on it. I couldn't access anything. So I returned it. I am repurchasing a new pink one. Hopefully it has not been played.

Got as Christmas gift she really enjoyed it .It messed up like a month ago so shes been disappointed over it lately.I will have to buy new one soon I'm not sure what went wrong.

I purchased this item for my grandson for Christmas and already the screen is cracked do to being dropped. Yea it has the rubber protectors on the ends but they are no help. My grandson tablet no longer works.

I bought 2 tablets and within 10 days one completely stopped working in the middle of a childs program. I tried to reset it and let it charge for an hour, but it still would not come back on. Having 2 kids and one working tablet made things difficult, that's why I purchased 2 to begin with.

the microphone on the tablet doesn't work when my kids got logged into kids messenger and made calls no one can hear them talking they can hear the other person but the other person couldn't hear them I changed all settings so it had all permissions on and it still didn't work and that was on two tablets with the same problem

WE ACTUALLY ONLY HAD IT ABOUT A WEEK AND FOR SOME REASON IT GOT HOT AND IT STARTED MAKING SOUNDS AND IT WAS HARD TO POWER IT DOWN. THIS IS FOR A THREE YEAR OLD.

This product was terrible the screen slowed down and touch screen stopped all together and now does not work and everything now will not work at all kids are left with nothing to watch
