Used to take this stuff years ago as a pick me up in my crazy younger days of working long hours and always on the go! Used to eat it by a hand full and in coffee in the morning. But I noticed that it seemed like it dissolved in coffee back then and doesn't now, I tried yesterday, just went to the bottom of the cup. May just be my memory but I thought it did, but doesn't matter, drank it with the last drink! Just started taking again and it may just be me but seems like I had more energy? Maybe along with this I'll start doing honey in my coffee,, natural sweetener and better taste!

Tastes kinda delish! Pleasant at the least. Moist but not too moist: just what the big bad wolf would choose. Good for energy. Me & my buddies take this before we go out on the weekends. It's a natural energizer. My homie ate some for breakfast before taking the LSAT & he said he was very alert. It has a wealth of nourishment!

I have read a lot about bee pollen lately and I can tell that this brand is the right quality - not too dry but not too moist either. In addition, the granules are of different colors which indicates that the pollen was gathered from different flowers. I also like its effects: I feel very energetic and in good shape since I started taking a teaspoon with honey every morning. I read somewhere that it is more efficient to soak the bee pollen before taking it because the body assimilates it better. I have yet to try it.
