Since I read ( on different website) that 70% Propolis might be too thick, I decide for this one . Years ago I made my own . And let me tell you ; there's nothing being better than this for burns and wounds (!) , and most likely no scars after it healed. Use 2 - 3 times a day for short periods of time ( propolis speeds healing ) being careful not to get on your clothing or sheets . Have not tried internally yet because I didn't need it .By the way, I think this company is the best ( I am using their honey as well ) .

I love this product . I have tried other brands of bee propolis and there is no comparison . You will find this product to be much more concentrated and much more sticky ..I am confident you have a godd experience with this product

Good for support immune system with good price. It is hard to take it by itself but mix with honey or juice makes it easy to swallow.

Stuck to teeth, despite following instructions
It stuck to my teeth and gums in a really unpleasant way, despite following the instructions to mix it with some honey. Even tried mixing it in hot tea with honey. Same result with it sticking to my teeth, and it also stuck to the drinking glass. Not sure how this product can be used. Swanson was excellent at issuing a refund.
